Cookies and privacy
In short: this site sets no cookies, does not track visitors and collects no personal data; it counts visits itself, with no cookies and no outside tools. That is why there is no consent banner.
Cookies
The site sets no cookies and stores nothing in your browser. There is no advertising and there are no third-party add-ons: fonts, the map, photographs and video are all served from this site, with no outside services.
We count visits ourselves, on our own server, with no cookies and no outside tools such as Google Analytics. What is recorded is only which page was opened, when, in Croatian or English, on a phone or a computer, which page the visitor came from, and which works were opened on the map. To count a visit once per day, a random marker valid for that day only is derived from the connection data; nobody can be recognised from it, and the IP address and browser details are not stored. The figures serve the festival for its reports and are not public.
Your location on the map
The festival map has a “Show where I am” button. If you press it, your browser will ask for permission. Your position is processed only inside your browser, to draw a dot on the map; it is not sent to us or to anyone else and is stored nowhere. Press the button again to switch it off.
Links to other sites
The site links to Google Maps (walking directions to the locations), YouTube, Vimeo, Facebook and Instagram, and to the site of its maker. Opening those links takes you off this site, and the privacy rules of those services apply.
Server logs
As with any web server, the hosting provider may temporarily record technical access data (IP address, time, requested page, browser type) for security and correct operation. Those records are not used to track or profile visitors.
When you contact us
If you write to us by e-mail or call, we use your details only to reply and pass them to nobody.
Your rights
Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) you have the right to access, correct and erase data concerning you, and to lodge a complaint with the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency (AZOP). Since the site collects no personal data there is usually nothing to request — but if you have a question, get in touch.
